Welcome to Ethical Management – a truly unique management course.
I believe that the future of management hinges on cultivating an ethical, compassionate connection with your team, and embracing openness, transparency, and authenticity as a leader.
Throughout this course, we'll delve into real-world cases, possibly even your own if you're willing, examining them through the lens of ethics. We won't hesitate to tackle outdated practices – while they might be effective, they lack ethical alignment. We'll uncover what makes them work and, just as crucial, the price they demand.
My aim with this course is to equip you with a comprehensive toolkit and guide you in crafting your own sustainable, ethical management style.
How will we achieve this? Through exposure. I'll introduce you to the best ethical management practices, dissecting them thoroughly to understand both their benefits and drawbacks. We'll engage in insightful discussions on the cutting edge of managerial practices and embark on a journey of self-reflection, seeking answers to the fundamental question: "What makes me a good manager?"
