About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven New Business Manager to lead growth across the MENA region. This role is focused on acquiring new clients and building strong partnerships within digital and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across E-commerce, App-first, Fintech, and Travel sectors in UAE, KSA, and MENA
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (clients and agencies)
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM management
- Collaborate with account teams on onboarding and client strategy
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital advertising or media sales
- Strong experience in UAE and KSA markets
- Proven track record selling TikTok, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and Google GMP solutions
- Established network of clients and agency decision-makers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent Arabic (native) and English
- Based in Dubai or Riyadh
Nice to Have
- Experience in international network agencies such as Publicis, OMD, or similar
- Background in local digital agencies
- Strong industry knowledge and existing client portfolio
