What we really appreciate about the team is that they prepare candidate summaries (handy reference files). If I haven't reviewed resumes for a few days, I can quickly go through the screening and refresh my memory on candidate information using those summaries.

We’re a small team, and we work in a niche genre, so we don’t hire often.
