04. Screening & Making Contacts

Using our extensive recruiting database, WN ecosystem, and social media outreach, our experienced recruiters reach out to potential candidates. We share comprehensive job details and engage with warm candidates ready for new opportunities.

05. Conducting Job Interviews

We conduct thorough video interviews with interested candidates, getting deep into their work experience, technical skills, and motivation to ensure they’re the perfect fit.

06. Handing Over Results

07. Organizing Interviews

We make a job offer to your chosen candidate. Once accepted, the candidate joins your team. We take care of the process, and you pay for our services only at this stage.

09. Staying Close During the Probation Period

If something goes wrong with the hired candidate, we guarantee a free replacement within a short period of time.
