About the course
We understand that being a manager is not easy.
Misunderstandings with the team, lack of motivation among employees, and the need to make decisions under constant stress are common challenges. You want your decisions to be respected, and you want your work to bring joy not only to you but also to your team.
The “Ethical Management” course is an advanced program for managers, diving deep into the fundamental concepts of team management.
In a small group setting, throughout 18 practical sessions, we will explore various aspects of management. We will discuss concepts ranging from simple to complex and examine real cases, including those you will bring in.
Our course is designed to elevate your management skills to a new level, where your team will work with you, not just for you!
What to Expect
Course format
Classes are held in an informal setting, involving a dialogue between the instructor and students. This interactive format ensures everyone is engaged in the learning process. It’s also a great opportunity to spend enjoyable time with colleagues, learn about practices adopted in various companies, expand your network, and gain new perspectives on management methods.
ㅤ
We will meet online at 7:00 PM (GMT+3) twice a week: on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are unable to attend a session, you will have the opportunity to watch the recording.
ㅤ
Each session begins with the analysis of a real case related to the topic of the class. After the initial discussion, we move on to the theoretical concepts and study the relevant tools. At the end of the session, we revisit the case to examine it from a new perspective.

Hello! I'm Evgeniy Sudak.
I would like to invite you to my course on ethical management.
Let me share some background:
- 14 years in game development
- 17 years in management
- 6 years in therapy
- 5 years of professional teaching, moderation, mediation, and conflict resolution
"Of course, I'm biased, but in my opinion (and in the opinion of many who have taken it), this course is the best thing that has happened to leadership training in a long time. It's deep (you'll often have to look deeper into yourself than you'd like), it's versatile (I never tell you what to do – I always describe several approaches), it's interactive, it's (self-)ironic. And of course, it's absolutely unique – there's nothing else like it out there."
