Sales Development Representative (Fintech / Payments)

This role is suited for a business-minded professional who understands online payment solutions and prefers a value-driven, consultative sales approach rather than hard selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
  • Support the sales process together with Business Development Managers
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations)
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Participate in industry events and conferences when needed

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Background or strong interest in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital products
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong research skills and the ability to translate insights into a clear pitch
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Additional languages are a plus
