Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Support the sales process together with Business Development Managers
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations)
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Participate in industry events and conferences when needed
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
- Background or strong interest in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital products
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong research skills and the ability to translate insights into a clear pitch
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Additional languages are a plus
