1. Oculus acquired the developer of VR games Ready At Down

The Facebook-owned company Oculus has acquired the American VR game development studio Ready At Down. Previously, Oculus acted as the publisher of the Lone Echo game created by the studio.

The Israeli platform with game development tools Overwolf has bought a library of game mods and addons CurseForge. Prior to that, the asset belonged to Curse, a subsidiary of the popular streaming service Twitch.
