Creative Manager, MyTona (Saint Petersburg)

MyTona continues to expand. A studio based in Yakutia, famous for casual projects in the genre of “search for objects”, is looking for a specialist in advertising creatives in the St. Petersburg office.

Tasks:

  • tracking mobile banner and video advertising market trends;
  • participation in the production of video and static advertising for mobile applications and social networks (starting from the concept creation stage);
  • running and analyzing A/B tests of the above, if necessary, applying the test results;
  • tracking the effectiveness of commercials, banners — optimization of creatives;
  • planning and control of the work of the department’s specialists;
  • quality control of assets and creatives.

Requirements:

  • interest in the development and promotion of mobile games;
  • good artistic taste, creativity, ability to maintain visual stylistics;
  • attentiveness and accuracy in working with details;
  • punctuality, ability to work within the specified deadlines;
  • good communication skills and leadership qualities.

Additional advantages will be:

Senior Traffic Purchasing Manager, Social Quantum (Saint Petersburg)

Another advertising vacancy. And also from St. Petersburg. The authors of Megapolis, the Social Quantum team, are looking for a traffic buying specialist in their office on the banks of the Neva River.

Tasks:

  • purchase of mobile traffic (launch, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns);
  • managing relationships with advertising channels;
  • conducting tests and experiments, searching for the most effective advertising creatives;
  • interaction with analysts and designers;
  • preparation of reports on the results of work.

Requirements:

  • ability to work with large amounts of data and make decisions based on them;
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel or analogs;
  • the skill of conducting negotiations in the style of win-win;
  • English language proficiency at Intermediate level and above (reading documentation, correspondence with partners);
  • the ability to understand the technical details of setting up advertising and analytical systems.

Social Quantum office in St. PetersburgDesigner vacancy of the week:

Game designer, Belka Games (Minsk)

The authors of the three-in-a-row “Watchmaker”, who are currently actively working to increase their portfolio of projects, are looking for a game designer who understands frituplay in Belarus.

Tasks:

  • development of game mechanics;
  • participation in the process of developing and planning the development of the project from the point of view of game design;
  • work on improving the internal economy and monetization of the game;
  • analysis of statistics;
  • introduction of new features;
  • balance calculation.

Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of experience as a game designer;
  • excellent knowledge of the freeplay gaming market;
  • tracking and knowledge of current gaming trends;
  • availability of commercially successful projects in the portfolio;
  • desire to develop games for mobile platforms;
  • the ability to formulate and express your thoughts is understandable for everyone;
