WebMedia plans to invest $5 million in Russian advertising networks
Israel is not afraid to invest in Russian IT. The WebMedia Group, headquartered in Ashdod, is ready to invest $5 million in players in the Russian mobile advertising market.
First of all, the Israelis are looking for projects “for the development of ad server, technology for optimizing video advertising and data collection.” They are ready to act both as an investor and as a buyer of a particular technology.
They also show interest in local advertising networks that work directly with advertisers. Plus, of course, WebMedia Group is interested in mobile application developers as potential customers.
Earlier this year, Webmedia Group already announced the takeover of the Israeli network Amonetize Video Network, specializing in video advertising.
