Apple demands to recognize the testimony of a Microsoft representative in court as invalid
Apple‘s lawyers asked the court to invalidate the testimony of Lori Wright, vice president of Xbox. She appeared in court as a witness on the part of Epic Games and, among other things, said that Microsoft does not receive any profit from the sale of consoles.
As the lawyers pointed out in their letter, Microsoft did not provide documents that would confirm Wright’s words.
Apple isn't happy with Microsoft's Xbox executive testimony. Apple's lawyers want the judge to declare Microsoft's witness as not credible, because of a lack of documents to back up claims about xCloud, Xbox hardware not being profitable, and more ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/PcDL3mWCPV
