Bethesda Softworks has opened an office in Moscow and is looking for employees

The authors of Skyrim and Fallout have launched a Russian office. It is located in Moscow. The office was headed by Semyon Chirikov, previously responsible for global operations in Wargaming, as well as the promotion of Electronic Arts products in Russia.

The launch of the office is announced by GamesIndustry with reference to the statement of the company itself. The new division will be engaged in marketing in Russia and the CIS.

“Opening an office in Moscow is a very exciting moment for Bethesda,” said Sean Brennan, managing director of the company in Europe. He is confident that Chirikov’s knowledge of the local market will help the company unlock the potential of future Bethesda games.

The Moscow office has already got its first vacancy on Head Hunter. The company is looking for a marketing manager with three to six years of experience and is willing to pay $2,500 per month.

The launch of the division takes place against the background of preparations for the release of two new Bethesda games. Fallout 76 should appear on the shelves on November 14 this year. The release of The Elder Scrolls: Blades mobile game is scheduled for the end of the year.

Bethesda Softworks is not the first time to work in Russia. Her multiplayer shooter Quake Champions is being developed in the St. Petersburg office of Saber Interactive.
